I’m passionate about neuroscience and committed to helping everyone learn how to build a better relationship with their brain. My work focuses on helping clients to develop healthy, adaptive thoughts, feelings, and habits. I believe that understanding and fully knowing oneself is key to helping clients reach their goals of feeling whole. 

Outside of therapy, I like to listen to audiobooks or podcasts on nerdy things and play ttrpgs with friends.

My educational background is:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from UC Davis.
