I am committed to using my professional skills and life experience to help clients find hope, resiliency, and healing. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship of trust based on spiritual principles, facilitating change to help clients move toward a self-actualized life of purpose, serenity, confidence, and integrity. I provide a holistic, encouraging, and collaborative approach to therapy. My experience includes pre-martial and marital counseling, work with post-partum moms individually and in groups, and adults with anxiety, depression, grief, and struggles with life transitions.

Outside of therapy, I love watching my family play sports, hiking one of the many gorgeous trails in our area, reading historical fiction (and usually falling asleep) and riding my horse, Callie!
