Life is hard. Sometimes we need support from a professional. I strive to meet you where you're at and respond with tools to manage the issues that you're facing. As a former financial services professional and stay-at-home mom, I understand the stressors of modern work and family life.

Outside of therapy, I love to watch food-related shows, read cookbooks, cook sometimes and eat yummy food always!

• M.S. in Clinical Psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counselor concentration from Notre Dame de Namur University. 

• B.A. in English from Amherst College.
