I have provided a wide range of services to help children, pre-teens, adults, and elderly individuals to manage their mental health issues. I am a Highly Sensitive Therapist, who uses her intuition to attune and relate with her clients. I provide empathy and a safe holding space as clients share their difficult life experiences. I am passionate working with children and adults who are dealing with issues related to divorce, bullying, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD/ADD, trauma, self esteem, self worth, grief, loss, codependency, communication, stress, and other major life issues. With children I utilize play therapy, sand tray, and art therapy, as a means to help children communicate their feelings, explore their world, and resolve conflict. Other types of therapy I use with children and adults include attachment, CBT, mindfulness, person-centered, solution-focused, and narrative. My approach is empathetic and I work with you to identify and achieve your therapeutic goals.

In my free time I like to read, journal, cook, spend time with my husband, my cats, and my friends.
